I have been a touring professional musician for over forty years and have been very fortunate to have played and recorded with some of the biggest names in the music business. Where’s My Guitar?: On the Tourbus with the Snakeman will take you from growing up in a small country town, seeing The Beatles on TV and deciding that was for me. Then came the hard bit, and what a journey it all has been. I’ve written tales of my first guitar, the first groups I found myself in, touring straight from the school gate at age 16, playing gigs and earning more money than I should have, for a boy who spent more time playing the guitar than doing his homework.

This book tells the tales of my first pro gig, my time with Wild Turkey, Cozy Powell, Babe Ruth, Paice Ashton Lord and then, of course, into Whitesnake. Great musicians and some hugely important people in my life.
There’ll be some very rare and unseen photographs of many of my associates throughout the years! Who would have believed that I would appear on stage at the National Theatre in a Shakespeare production, not once but twice! Who would’ve believed that I would play on stage with the likes of Ringo Starr, Jack Bruce, The Allman Brothers and Joe Bonamassa? Certainly not the people who laughed at my dream of becoming a pop star when I was a young kid!

Paperback, A5 with 264 pages plus 64 pages of colour photos.
Please do not post you own copies of LP’s or CD’s for Bernie to sign, either to Bernie or his agent.
There have been instances of such items getting lost in the post, which is very unfortunate for all concerned.
Bernie is always happy to sign these in person at gigs.
Thank you.
